    Since last year, I’ve been part of an ongoing project with a UK-based recruitment company, helping to shape a new AI-driven platform designed to make job hunting and hiring smarter, faster and fairer. Over the past 10 months, I’ve led more than 40 user interviews and testing sessions, gathering honest, real-world insights to inform everything from early concepts to polished prototypes. Working in a global, cross-functional product squad with AI engineers, developers, product managers and stakeholders to build something that puts people at the heart of AI-powered recruitment.
