My recent work for Reed.ai has focused on taking an AI-driven product from 0-1 - designing intelligent, human-centred experiences that simplify complex systems and drive business value. Leading the design of this new recruitment platform, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to shape conversational interfaces, define ethical user flows, and align emerging tech with user needs.
